Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All payments made for PMP training services are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. By enrolling in the training program, Participants agree to these conditions.
2. Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date of the Program are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the Program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the Program start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued once the Program has commenced.
3. Trainer Cancellations
If the Trainer cancels the Program, Participants will be offered either:
- A full refund of all fees paid, or
- The option to transfer enrollment to a future session at no additional cost.
4. Rescheduling
- Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future session if notice is given at least 7 days before the Program start date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the Program start date may incur an administrative fee of $50.00.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend the Program without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Fees for study materials, digital resources, or administrative charges are non-refundable once provided to the Participant.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Trainer’s discretion.
9. Agreement
By enrolling in the Program, Participants acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy as part of the Terms and Conditions.
