Terms and Conditions

1.  Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Project Management Professional (PMP) training services by the Trainer to the Participant. By enrolling in the training program, the Participant agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

2.  Definitions

  • Trainer: The individual or organization providing PMP training services. 
  • Participant: The individual enrolling in the PMP training program.
  • Program: The PMP training course, including all materials, sessions, and resources provided. 

 

3.  Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment as agreed. 
  • All fees must be paid before the commencement of the training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. 

 

4.  Training Delivery

  • The Trainer will deliver the Program as scheduled, either in-person or online.
  • The Trainer reserves the right to modify the schedule, content, or delivery method if necessary. 
  • Training materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent.

 

5.  Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must attend sessions on time and actively engage in the Program.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements for the PMP exam as set by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Participants must not record, reproduce, or distribute training sessions without prior written approval.

 

6.  Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of the Trainer.
  • Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal learning purposes only.

 

7.  Certification Disclaimer

  • Completion of the Program does not guarantee passing the PMP certification exam.
  • The Trainer provides guidance and preparation but is not responsible for the Participant’s exam results. 

 

8.  Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the Program start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the Program start
    date.

9.  Limitation of Liability

  • The Trainer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
  • The Trainer’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Participant.

 

10.   Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain professional behavior during training sessions.
  • The Trainer reserves the right to remove any Participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior without refund.

 

11.  Confidentiality

Any personal or business information shared during the Program will be treated as confidential and not disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

 

12.   Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Trainer operates.

 

13.  Amendments

The Trainer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

 

14.  Acceptance

By enrolling in the Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
